Andy Cheren
Andy began his career in placement and recruiting in 1996. Andy began his recruiting career focusing on the video game industry, as well as staffing for software and Internet-based companies. In 1999, Andy and T.J. Summers founded Digital Artist Management, where Andy now oversees Sales and Business Development.
TJ Summmers
T.J. co-founded DAM in 1999 with Andy Cheren. His organizational strengths combined with his ability to manage and motivate the Company sales team have earned him great respect from his partners and his people. For the last seven years, T.J. has overseen DAM's internal recruiting teams, ensuring that they are on track with the company's daily goals and objectives. T.J. also oversees all operations, finance and human resources.
Alan Lasky
Alan comes to Production Road with nearly 20+ years in the visual effects industry. As a former Visual Effects Supervisor, he has worked on numerous feature films and television commercials including projects such as True Lies, Demolition Man, Carlito's Way, Last Action Hero and many others. He's also worked at Digital Domain, Silicon Graphics, Panavision, Lion Digital Pictures and most recently, served as an Account Executive for Post Logic. Alan has a strong background in visual effects pipelines, technical pipeline development and business development. He holds a MS in Media Technology from MIT and a BA in Film Production from New York University.
Matt Norton
Matt has over a decade of experience in driving production at companies like Epic (Unreal), Pandemic (Full Spectrum Warrior), Blizzard (World of Warcraft), Monolith, and K2 Network. He has built top-tier product with both in-house developers and external/distributed teams. Matt has published games in every major market, boxed and e-distributed, console and PC, online and offline, with traditional or item-based sales. Matt knows what it takes to ship quality product on-time and within budget.
Jonathan Moses
Jonathan has been in the games business for over ten years, working for both Activision and Electronic Arts in conjunction with the industry's top talent including id Software (Return to Castle Wolfenstein, Doom 3, Enemy Territory), and Pandemic (Mercenaries 2, Lord of the Rings). Jonathan is experienced on what it takes to build AAA games from concept through release across multiple platforms and has built strong relationships with developers, publishers, and middleware providers around the world.
